The role will contribute to strategizing and implementing health & wellness programs through data analytics, management and reporting.
The role will deliver the following:
Strategic Program Management
• Conducts market research and leverages internal data to draw meaningful insights to further develop health and wellbeing programs
• Confidently evaluates, presents, and implements the wellness programs at scale
• Proactively monitors, measures, and uses data analytics to provide meaningful insights about the effectiveness of the programs
• Identifies potential program enhancements to increase or mitigate utilization
Learning & Enablement Facilitation
• Collaborates with internal functions/ teams and vendors to deliver the programs
• Creates content for trainings and facilitate the sessions
• Targeted Enablement: Provides customized enablement (ex., leads and teams with I&D hires)
Qualifications
Skills and Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in BS Psychology or Any Allied Health Degree
2 - 5 years of experience Human Relations (Employee Benefit, Employee Relation, Health and Wellness) or Talent & Rewards training or background
1-2 years of experience in project Management (end to end process - Health and Wellness).
*Advantage: health and wellness experience, people skills (engagement).
Good To Have:
Experience as People Manager
Vendor relation skills
Communication skills
Experience in clinic management/clinic staffing and HMO services
Knowledge in Occupational Safety and Health
Experience in handling wellness program and mental health related activities
Electronic medical record (handle system in relation to health and wellness)
