The work
As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. You will act as the primary point of contact and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead.
- Assist in the design of software configuration and customization using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to meet business process design and application requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful software configuration and customization.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and related technologies.
Qualifications
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Experience in software configuration and customization using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Solid understanding of software configuration management principles.
- Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience.
Good to have:
- ASP.NET MVC
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
