Job Description
As Enterprise Solution Architect:
•Gain a deep understanding of the client context, opportunity context, industry context and business challenges.
•Work with proposal team leadership to discuss, understand and propose approaches to differentiate our proposal response.
•Bring S&C offerings, assets, and the right set of S&C-GN Industry / Function (/F) SMEs to the proposal team.
•Take an end-to-end (cross-functional) ownership, work with the SMEs for individual areas to define the solution plan – scope, activities, deliverables, staffing – for S&C scope elements.
•Ensure the financial metrics for the S&C-GN solution components are on target.
•Ensure necessary assumptions related to scope, deliverables, ownership, exclusions, dependencies are clearly called out.
•Discuss risks with proposal leadership and ensure bringing to S&C-GN leadership for awareness.
•Work with the Technology SA to integrate S&C-GN components of solution.
•Develop industry-specific repeatable approach across the full life cycle from origination to delivery.
As Delivery Lead:
•Ownership for the delivery of committed S&C-GN scope of work for our client.
•Participate in building the overall narrative on proposals, ensure full coverage of client requirements and alignment to client-specific context.
•Review solution plan and ensure deliverability of solution working with GN ESA and Technology SAs.
•Transition into role with inputs on solution plan (scope, staffing, deliverables, RACI etc.) from all right stakeholders including Accenture Client Project Leadership, S&C-GN ESA, Technology SA when commencing work.
•Secure resources based on skills, location and project deal financials.
•Ensure alignment with client, direct and lead S&C-GN team to stay aligned with overall program.
•Bring rigor into execution tightly controlling scope, monitoring deliverable progress, resource performance, risk.
•Manage client relationships and ensure client expectations are met.
•Ensure profitable execution managing resource pyramid.
As Subject Matter Expert(SME):
•Bring industry-focused functional process and SAP expertise to support the proposals and delivery.
•Own and architect industry-specific aspects of the solution by coordinating with other Industry / Function (/F) SMEs.
•Gain a deep understanding of the client context, industry context, challenges and opportunities in proposing solution approaches that will resonate with our client.
•Proactively bring recommendations from experience that clients may have overlooked.
•Support the ESA and broader proposal team in building an integrated and client-context-relevant differentiated solution. Serve as SMA for assessments.
•Support the ESA in building and reviewing the staffing plan, deliverables, assumptions.
•Participate in Orals and client discussions and help bring our solution to life.
•Play roles of workstream leads, process leads during solution delivery. Support GN delivery teams across accounts on a need-basis to resolve delivery risks.

Qualifications
Enterprise Solution Architect:
•Deep understanding of S&C-GN assets and offerings from across GN functions and industries thar are relevant for platform transformations.
•Broad knowledge of SAP solutions and how these come together in delivering a business solution specific to the client’s industry context.
•A collaborative approach in building the solution working with GN I/F teams and proposal stakeholders.
•Own and orchestrate proposal response end-to-end.
Delivery Lead:
•Deep expertise in execution of complex SAP engagements with large scope, multiple teams.
•Deep understanding of S&C-GN offerings and how they are applied in execution of an SAP platform transformation initiative.
•Ability to foresee execution risks (e.g., resource risks, skills limitations) and plan mitigation
•Knowledge of execution methodology (e.g., ADM Core for SAP, PVA for process assessments etc.)
Subject Matter Expert(SME):
•Deep knowledge and work experience in industry functional processes to be able to serve in an advisory capacity.
•Industry business trends, technology trends and how specifically how SAP is leveraged in shaping the future ways of working for our clients.
•Knowledgeable about the capabilities and roadmap of SAP solutions.
•Own and write proposal response sections, bring client references, credentials, certifications.
