Provide leading practice on tax processes and create blueprints for clients.
Gather business tax requirements from clients through multiple workshops.
Analyze business requirements and suggest best practices to implement a technical solution.
Facilitate design sessions related to tax determination, calculation, recording, reporting and compliance.
Demonstrate deep experience in functional configuration or integration of enterprise resource planning (ERPs) with external tax technologies to achieve higher level of automation.
Help design documents, training materials and administration or procedural guides.
Work with cross streams associated with multiple business processes stakeholders.
Assist leaders on day-to-day operations as well as creation of the assets, viewpoints, drafting of proposals and development of business.

Qualifications
Your experience counts!
MBA from a Tier-1 B-school. CA or CPA
5-8 years of work experience preferably in financial or tax accounting and reporting that includes consolidation and transfer pricing
Experience working on multiple tax types and business processes
Knowledge of tax processing standards applied worldwide, in markets such as NA, EU, APAC, LATAM
Good understanding of tax technology landscape, trends and architecture
Hands-on experience in external tax technology with ERP integration and implementations
Deep functional and business process experience in direct tax provisioning, forecasting, uncertain tax position and reporting compliance, tax data analytics
Deep experience in transformation projects with multiple phases, that includes planning, designing, building, testing and deployment
Well-rounded understanding of tax technologies such as Oracle HTP/TRCS, OneSource Tax Provision, Corptax, Longview, Alteryx or Anaplan
