THE WORK:

  • Oversee the sales funnel.

  • Streamlining and optimizing the sales process.

  • Managing sales/sales automation tools.

  • Manage CRM and CRM data + reporting.

  • Perform sales forecasting.

  • Work with leadership to develop department/org goals.

Qualifications

  • Organizational Skills required.

  • Program Management skills are required.

  • Project Management skills are required.

  • Analytics and Reporting Expertise.

  • Understanding of CRM and Database Software.

  • Experience with Financial Systems.

  • Communication skills for effective verbal and written communications with sales teams, operations specialists, collaborating departments and upper management.

  • Financial skills and business acumen to understand sales profitability and opportunities.

  • Technology skills to utilize CRM and database software tools in daily tasks.

  • Research and reporting skills to analyze sales data and consumer trends to create sales.
