Job Description

THE WORK:

  • Lead cross-functional product development teams to design, develop and enhance software assets that meet or exceed internal and external(customer) expectations, and meet product functionality, cost and delivery schedules.
  • Apply knowledge to create an environment that fosters accountability, quality, commitment, growth and innovation. Support the sales process as needed by participating in the solution design.

Qualifications

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Experience: Implementing supply chain planning and fulfilment solutions (Blue Yonder Warehouse Management Solution, Order Management Solution, Transportation Management Solution.

  • Experience presenting on complex topics in a clear, concise, and easily understood manner.

  • Prior experience in fulfillment systems, and exposure to ERP tools (eg SAP EWM).

  • Firsthand experience leading a team through the full lifecycle of a supply chain planning and fulfillment solution implementation including business requirement gathering, solution design & development, UAT/SIT, go-live/cutover, and value realization.

  • Experience using agile methodology to deliver large scale enterprise implementations.

  • Skills: Supply planning and fulfillment experience and have worked or implemented one or multiple supply planning products is required (eg. Blue Yonder, Manhattan, Kinaxis).

  • Knowledge of spreadsheets and software (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets), document processing (Microsoft Word, Google Docs), presentation (Microsoft PowerPoint) is required.

  • Knowledge and training in databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and skills one or more languages like SQL, MDX, T-SQL or similar is required.

  • Strong analytical techniques, data mining knowledge and proficiency in handling and processing large amounts of data is preferred.

  • Ability to identify key insights and critical thinking to prioritize and focus on the highest value opportunities or the biggest risks is preferred.

  • Coursework and strong background in mathematics and statistics is required.

  • Strong verbal, written, presentation and demonstration / training skills are required.

  • Ability to work in teams, distributed across locations and time zones and at executive and junior levels in a corporate hierarchy is required.
