P2P GPO Enablement Specialist

Job Description
• Deliver P2P GPO Digitized Buying services
including the following per the client scope of
services
▪ SAP Ariba Business Network – e
Invoicing
▪ SAP Ariba Catalog Enablement – Static,
Punch Out, E2E integration including PO
and Invoicing
▪ End User and Supplier Support &
Training
• A proven track record in Procurement area with
expertise in the P2P processes with an emphasis
on the digitized buying
• Analyzing spend and monitoring
adoption/compliance to identify opportunities to
drive digital buying improvements
• Execute and manage E2E enablement activities
within the defined scope
• Provide vital project management experience for
the execution of enablement and maintenance of
Ariba Network, Punch-Out and E2E integrated
suppliers
• Develop a deep understanding of the SAP Ariba
solution to prototype, demo and recommend
innovative digital buying solutions
• Strong prioritization skills to maximize the value of
contribution by focusing on a select few activities
and applying intense targeted focus on those
activities
• Drive pipeline content deployment (includes
collection, preparation, review, approval and
publishing)
• Collaborate with Technology teams, SAP Ariba,
delivery teams, business users, and systems
integration partners throughout the enablement
and deployment phase
• Plan, create material and facilitate regular
meetings with stakeholders across levels to
coordinate and manage technical issues during
the enablement cycle
• Drive and manage supplier performance activities
with suppliers and business stakeholders
Develop/expand on key metrics in support of key
business drivers and transactional efficiency
• Facilitate, identify, and track the progress of
supplier corrective actions/continuous
improvement activities within the Enablement
Operating Framework
• Ensuring production readiness, manages post go-live hyper-care,
issue resolution and transition to business as usual
• Effective communicator accustomed to working
seamlessly across reporting levels, teams and
cultures
• Strong team player, able to work in global, virtual
teams in a matrix organization
• Strong business planning, change management,
stakeholder management, information sharing
and knowledge transfer skills
• Knowledge of service delivery operations (SDO)
concepts with a solid operational excellence
background (i.e., process maps, RACIs, SWIs,
risks & issues, MOS, SLAs/KPIs, etc.)
Governance
• Drive standard meetings and status report cadence
across stakeholders both internal and external
MOS (management operating system)
• Connect stakeholders and facilitate stakeholder
communications throughout the Enablement Cycle
where appropriate.
• Work in collaboration with client organization,
supplier executives and business unit stakeholders
to manage and close escalated supplier issues and
SAP Ariba

Skills and Experience:
Must have tools knowledge & skills: Minimum 5-7
years of procurement operations & project
management experience with at least 2 years of
relevant procurement digitized buying experience
