Job Description
This position is part of the Global Process Owner Team
which is responsible for developing, monitoring, and driving
change to achieve standardized, compliant and optimized
processes and solutions across Category management
and Source to Contract functions at Procurement Plus. The
role is to ensure that reports related to process
performance measurement and adoption are delivered
accurately and on time. Run controls on source to contract
processes to drive compliance and support desired
business outcomes. Work with other functional teams to
access / understand data to be analyzed. Coordinate
across multiple operations / teams to add reporting insight.
Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of
application code.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver measurement & reporting of metrics and
analytical insights
• Analyzing data (preparing summary data cuts
(e.g., tables, graphs); providing commentary on
findings and trends; shaping discussions; bringing
observations to the team
• Collaborating with teams to obtain required data
and consolidating in required format (Excel, Word,
PowerPoint)
• Run controls on source to contract processes to
drive compliance and support desired business
outcomes, report on outcomes and suggest
improvement actions
• Deliver high performance through performance
optimization
• Drive continuous improvement of measurement to
drive adoption of S2P tools and processes
• Analyze, design, code and test multiple
components of application code
• Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or
development work
Qualifications
• Knowledgeable in MS Office (Excel, Word,
PowerPoint)
• Knowledgeable in building / mobilizing reports in
MS Excel and Power BI
• Knowledgeable in VBA and Macro to automate
reports
• Working experience in data visualization tools
such as Tableau, QlickView, PowerBI or other is a
must
• Data analysis / reporting experience in
Procurement or Supply Chain is an advantage
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to work in a virtual work and team
environment, ability to work well across different
levels
• Ability to work autonomously on individual
deliverables/assignments
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge on risk and issue management
• Knowledge on project management
• Strong Problem Solving and Decision-Making
skills
