Business Requirements Analyst (Banking and Finance)

Job Description
Work closely with the client product owners and country BA to refine business requirements and priorities.
Create user stories and their acceptance criteria and provide walkthrough with the development pods and the scrum master.
Support industry estimations practices (ex. T-Shirt sizing) with the client, vendors and team’s technical architects.
Provide input to the test cases within the sprints to ensure it aligns with the acceptance criteria defined in each of user stories.
Work closely with the team’s pods and with the product owners to coordinate the requirements clarification with and across different teams.
Familiar with creating and/or maintaining a Product Backlog.
Inspect the product progress and has complete authority to accept or reject work done.
Amenable working on Night Shift.
Qualifications

- Management of complex project and team tasks
- Control of quality and results
- Capable of project management and methods consulting
- Creation and maintenance of project and milestone schedules
- In-depth experience with methods and project management
- Background in Financial Management and/or Banking Fundamentals

- Comprehensive industry experience, many years of consulting experience in large companies, management experience
- Certifications
- Business Analysis (i.e. ECBA, CCBA, CBAP from IIBA.org)
- Product Owner (i.e. PSPO from scrum.org)
- Scrum Master (i.e. PSM i, PSM ii, etc. from scrum.org)
