HR Employer Relations and Policies Senior Manager

Job Description
Execute and deliver HR Policies and Internal Controls Compliance services within their groups. Define, design and develop policy frameworks, ensure awareness and enforce compliance to policy requirements. Provide expertise on HR policy and Employee Relations matters. Manage execution and operational direction of HR Internal Controls across geographies. Drive process communication, status reporting, audit resolution, action plan management and process updates
Qualifications
MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in employee relations and labor relations (current role is in ER and Labor Relations)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive or Manager
For Internal:
- With background in HR (Field HR, Total Rewards)
GOOD TO HAVE:
- Law graduate not necessarily a lawyer
- Industrial Psychology graduate
