Job Description

  • Process mid-month and end-month payroll cycle runs.
  • Performs various analysis and reconciliations.
  • Prepares various Payroll Reports (monthly, quarterly, annual).
  • Prepares various Global Equity Shares contribution requirements.
  • Handles payroll accounting and accruals.
  • Siebel Administration (employee inquiries)
  • Handles tax and statutory requirements
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
  • Prepare working files for government statutory processing and reporting
  • Prepare working files for monthly Wtax and year-end annualization

Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • 1-2  years’ experience in Payroll
  • Extensive experience in using Microsoft Excel

Good to have:

  • Finance and Accounting
  • People Management experience
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Payroll experience in ANZ countries
