Corporate Citizenship Strategic Programs Lead

We are looking for a Senior Manager to join the Accenture Corporate Citizenship team to shape and deliver strategic social impact programmes in the areas of ‘jobs and skills’ and / or Sustainability.  This activity is expected to be both strategic and programmatic in nature.
You will identify and build partnerships, coalitions and networks to help deliver program impact, and manage a wide range of stakeholder interests and relationships to support and enhance program impact and engagement.
You will lead data analysis to deliver insights, understand the context and landscape, and shape and mobilise programs to deliver outcomes and be able to build a business case and design appropriate KPIs and tracking metrics.  
You will have excellent project management skills that enable you to deliver multiple streams of work across global teams.
Critical to this role is the ability to think analytically, build relationships, and be able to communicate at an executive level. You will be an experienced program manager who wants to make a difference to this critical global function.
You will have experience of CSR or non-profit sector and be passionate about working in social impact.
