Talent Strategy Manager

Job Description
- Advise and guide IPC on talent strategies within the Industry Group and identify industry sector synergies and convergence opportunities
- Supports IPC with identifying and communicating the industry talent strategy impacts to the Markets/MUs via the Market Industry Group Leads and corresponding Market IG Council
- Communicate with Market HR teams supporting the Global IG Network to integrate the talent strategy within S&C and across Services
- Provide guidance to IPC on performance, rewards, and other HR processes
- Understand growth priorities for the Industry group and shape appropriate talent plan
- Design and deliver global initiatives for the employee value proposition in the context of overall industry group
- Collaborate with other Industry/Function Network HR Leads to create relevant programs and initiatives for the Industry Group and across respective industry sectors
- Collaborate with Learning team and business in creating a learning strategy for the industry group
- Promote a people-centric culture in the Industry Group and coach IPC lead accordingly
- Ensure integrated change management and communication approaches for the Industry Group are being developed and implemented across markets, functions, services and practices.
- Monitor Talent numbers from standard reports which may include hiring, repeat staffing, skill growth, and attrition for the Global Industry Group. Raise concerns and solutions to the IPC when needed.
- Collaborate with broader global HR teams (Talent Arch, HR Reporting, Talent Supply Chain) to evaluate and shape interventions needed to HR systems to encourage repeat staffing in Industry
- Provide oversight into Succession Planning for the Industries within the Industry Group
