Job Description

  • Inter-connect talent metrics to draw logical inferences for HR Service Delivery Leads
  • Develop recommendations to headcount and supply / demand challenges 
  • In conjunction with CoE Advisor, develop capacity plans that are affordable, executable and business relevant. 
  • Forecast key supply / demand metrics via the PCM to support dynamic talent decision making. 
  • Work with finance to manage payroll growth against revenue growth
