Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Experienced in managing a distributed team with diverse competencies, skills, and abilities
• Able to oversee team deliverables, budget, service levels, and other required operating metrics and scope
• Advise and collaborate on service operations
• Ensure timely and seamless resolution of services requests
• Provide guidance and support to team members
• Resolve service escalations
• Drive visibility and uptake of Learning Vendor offerings
• Maximize business and learner value of Vendor Investments
• Address issues through a partnering and trust-based approach
• Have a bias for action, experimentation, and iteration
• Uphold an uncompromisingly high bar on ethics and a belief that diversity matters
• Develop and evolve partnerships and ecosystems in support of our continued success
• Genuinely care for the physical and mental well-being of our colleagues

Qualifications

Basic qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 5 years of learning experience
• Minimum of 5 years of client stakeholder management
• Minimum of 5 years of problem-solving experience
• Minimum of 3 years of project management
Professional Skill Requirements
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometime ambiguous environment
• Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships both internal and external at all leadership levels
• Ability to work as a trusted partner in an advisory role
• Strong problem solving, analysis, and decision-making skills
• Strong Program/Project Management skills with a proven record in execution and attention to detail
• Financial acumen and astute budget planner and tracker
• Experience coordinating a distributed team with diverse competencies, skills, and abilities
• Proactive issue / conflict identification and resolution
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project)
• Passionate about learning, collaboration, problem solving, and bringing the best of Accenture to our learners
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and be able to navigate and adapt to change
