Job Description
WHO WE ARE:
A process expert and/or lead in project control and project management support functions. Executes multiple or complex Project Management Officer (PMO) functions. Works with the PMO lead, Program Manager, or project executive to support PMO mobilization activities and drives continuous improvement of project management processes supported by the PMO. Has strong team leadership skills and manages his team’s delivery of PMO services. As a team lead, may contribute in Project Control Services (PCS) management and operations functions or initiatives in further developing PCS operations and capability.
THE WORK:
• Handles support team and acts as the main point of contact between the client project and PCS.
• Acts as the project’s conduit for communicating status and additional service request/s, escalating issues and managing risks.
• Performs a PMO Specialist role primarily key PMO function for the client project involving PCS advanced services.
• Leads PCS resources in delivering shared services involving administrative support, communications tracking, Enterprise Project Management (EPM) tool administration, resource management, expense tracking and myTE reconciliation, work plan management, deliverable tracking, records management, status reporting, service management reporting, metrics reporting, metrics analysis, Enterprise Project Management(EPM) tool set-up, change control management, issues and risk management, project plan progress tracking and/or project financial tracking
• Supports PCS Team manager in scoping and estimating effort for potential new work and change requests for PMO services (covering administrative, project control and PM support services) ; Documents these in the Project Support Agreement
• Maintains team level work load and capacity plans
• Monitors and controls transition activities for new roles to be supported by the team
• Prepares team level status reports and communicates escalations to client Project Managers/Leads and PCS Team Manager.
• Tracks team level performance, utilization and chargeability
• Provides support and assistance in completing PCS capability development, operations and management initiatives
• Ensures team compliance to quality control and assurance processes and standards
• Leads continuous improvement of PCS delivery processes
• Leads PCS management and operations initiatives.

Qualifications
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Minimum 4 year(s) of experience is required.
- With specialization in Jira/Confluence.
- With experience in Program Control Services, Delivery Operations Control, Metrics, Reporting, and Analysis (MRA) / Time and Work Planning Management (TWPM).
