HR Talent Strategy Manager

Job Description
This role will focus on the formulation of talent strategy particularly on Inclusion and Diversity, aligned to the business and overall HR strategy. Candidate should be able to define and manage programs, create initiatives and pians for the deployment of Human Capital Strategy. Support and deliver development and
application of guidelines, frameworks, toolkits and methodologies. Also, candidate must be able to define, plan, mobilize and deliver a Change Journey plan. Candidate must possess a strong knowledge on current and emerging market trends, best practices, legal developments and technology in Talent Management and Inclusion and Diversity
Qualifications
Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience and Background in HR processes and Organizational design and Talent management – at least 8-10 years of relevant experience
- Project Management - end to end at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Excellent Influencing and Communications skills – rapport and people skills
- Strategy formulation and Implementation
- • Advanced in using Excel (pivot, vlookup) and PowerPoint
- Stakeholder management
- Organizational Development

- Open for internal application with background in HR
- Strong CL 8 ( potential promo) or CL7 (lateral)
- Data Analytics

- Graduate of Psychology and HR
