Job Description
- Own the integrity and governance of systems, including best practices for delivering services.
- Develop, deploy and support infrastructures, applications and technology initiatives from an architectural and operational perspective in conjunction with existing standards and methods of delivery.
- Produce and maintain infrastructure design and implementation documentation, suggesting recommendations and setting standards
- Work with Operations team members to develop and maintain operational processes to improve stability and supportability of the infrastructure environment, proactively working in preventing issues in the environments
- Providing Tier 3/Engineering support to operational teams
- Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Identify areas of improvement through process definition and Automation
- Provide timely updates to the leadership and document the tasks properly
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
- Must have experience in performing research into a wide range of data protection issues
- Ability to create/update/review data protection design and documentation
- Strong written and oral communication skills with a customer service-oriented approach
