Serve as the primary point of contact for Vietnamese-speaking clients.
Communicate effectively with clients in both Vietnamese and English through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
Understand and address client inquiries, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information, guidance, and solutions to clients based on their needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of client issues.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Fluent in both Vietnamese and English (spoken and written).
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
