- Serve as the primary point of contact for Vietnamese-speaking clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients in both Vietnamese and English through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
- Understand and address client inquiries, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information, guidance, and solutions to clients based on their needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of client issues.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Fluent in both Vietnamese and English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
