PROJECT NAME: FE CX Business Operations
POSITION TITLE: Business Operations Analyst
WORK SETUP: Return to Office
OVERALL PURPOSE:
Business Operations Analyst
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Communicates well in English both in written and verbal, be able to converse with stakeholders from different countries
• Develops and maintains audit tools for Supply and Demand in technology
• Reviews data and completes analysis on trends of supply and demand in excel or dashboards
• Works closely with Talent Supply POCs and Technology projects on solutioning for Demand Supply issues and drives related action plans
• Identify Demand and Supply forecast risks and develop effective mitigation plans
• Analyzes tools, data and processes to address gaps in Demand and Supply management, particularly in key process areas such as Hiring and Bench
• Effectively visualize and present data and trends related to demand and supply to help in business planning and decision making.
• Works closely with Technology POCs to support, maintain and enhance Demand Supply management tools according to the needs of the business
• Documents processes and maintains records related to Demand and Supply
• Handles capability level demand and supply analytics, provides recommendation to capability and RMG on key business levers of Supply-Demand in Hiring and Bench

Qualifications
SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least 1-2 years related experience in analytics
o We should be able to call out risks in our forecast and be able to communicate this well to our stakeholders
o Must Have: MS Excel, MS Macros, MS PPT
o Nice to Have: Power BI, MS Access
• Communicates well in English both in written and verbal
o My team communicates with executives in technology Philippines, and have cross-Technology center discussions with different countries such as ATC India, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, etc.
