Responsible for alignment of strategy to overall Sourcing direction for the entity and delivery of Sourcing allocation targets across demands.
Responsible for all activities associated with managing client demand, coordinating with candidate management team members to set expectations with clients regarding demand fulfillment timeframes, and acquiring clarity on demand and profile requirements.
Perform analyses around the number of profiles which must be generated (based on yield rates) to meet the recruitment targets and assign profile targets to each channel based on budget targets and the characteristics of the demand.
Provide sourcing support to a particular workforce and the candidate team members associated with that workforce.
May be an individual contributor or may supervise Sourcing Specialist/s and/or Senior Analyst/s
Responsible for monitoring overall Sourcing budget allocation against budget spent in line with Channel Supply Allocation targets.
Bachelor’s Degree Holder, preferably Psychology, Human Resource, or IT
With at least 6-7 years of Recruitment experience (Sourcing/Candidate Management)
With at least 5-7 years Stakeholder management experience
With at least 3-4 years Managerial experience
Must have Planning, Strategic, Resource Management
Reports and Data Analysis (how to read data in Power Bi and Excel)
