Job Description

As a Storage Administrator, you will be responsible for all aspects of storage systems, including installations, upgrades, configurations, patches, troubleshooting, and maintenance

  • Ensuring the stability, scalability, and availability of storage environments.
  • Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems
  • Install, upgrade, configure, and patch storage systems as required.
  • Perform SAN zoning, troubleshoot issues, and configure port settings.
  • Handle storage provisioning, SAN reclaims, break fix problems, and data migrations.
  • Execute replication setup and participate in disaster recovery exercises.
  • Manage storage change requests, service requests, and tickets, deploying changes during less impactful periods.
  • Maintain storage controllers and ensure their optimal performance.
  • Monitoring activities of infrastructure/processes/daemons running on Storage, SAN network and Backup systems, which are part of the Client Infrastructure.

Qualifications

  • Must have at least 7 years of relevant work experience
  • Familiarity with storage connectivity to Linux and Microsoft platforms
  • Must have experience in the following technologies:  
    • Storage: Dell EMC Unity, VMAX, VNX, ECS, Storage NetApp, and SAN switches.

Cebu, Mandaluyong City, Muntinlupa, Quezon, Taguig
