Job Description
Role is expected to;
- plan, manage/coordinate the timely delivery of all operational transactions related to compensation, benefits, pensions programs according to agreed SLAs and statutory obligations
- be highly proficient on rewards designs, program & process delivery/administration & policies/compliance
- tbc - lead a team of people who are delivering total rewards activities (including MI, planning, comp & benefits admin)
- effectively communicate, advise business stakeholders and manage needs of multiple stakeholder groups (e.g. cross-country, cross-workforces, resources at all levels)
- structure and manage projects or programs to meet client expectations and mitigate any risks or issues
- take responsibility for delivering professional high quality work to deadline
- diagnose problems, identify business benefits and initiate solutions
- apply global guidelines, frameworks, toolkits and methodologies
- Serve as subject matter expert, applying comprehensive knowledge of one or more HR rewards processes and associated tools and maintain expert knowledge by researching best practices, monitoring legal developments, evaluating emerging trends, keeping appraised of strategic and technological advancements
Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
- At least 10 years overall work experience in HR and/or Finance
- 6 - 7 years with Total Rewards (including compensation, benefits, retirement – both strategic and operational)
- Highly analytical with advance excel knowledge – complex formula and pivot
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Stakeholder Manager and Project Management
- Strong English-speaking skills
Preferred:
- Experience with a global, multi-cultural, virtual work environment
- ideally another foreign language such as French, Spanish
