Role and responsibilities
• Co-manage and execute marketing activities and programs aligned with marketing, and global standards, and country business priorities.
• Asses, create, recommend, and drive Thought Leadership and key program content, message customization and campaign amplification to build brand preference and reputation for Accenture in the Philippines
• Build, strengthen and maintain relationships with industry partners, initiate possible opportunities with them, and collaborate on joint efforts.
• Review, determine and work on nominations for awards, recognitions, and certifications for Accenture in the Philippines • Asses, create, recommend, and drive consideration to preference across local ecosystem partners (industry associations, chambers of commerce, universities, I&D and sustainability organizations) and communities.
• Work closely with global counterparts, program owners, and possibly senior leadership in the development and communication of messages and programs • Assess and monitor program performance against objectives, metrics and budgets.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 8 years experience in marketing and communications (brand or relationship marketing preferable)
• Bachelor’s degree, university degree or equivalent
• Strong communication skills both in written and spoken English.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting.
• Ability to work autonomously and independently.
• Ability to collaborate closely within Marketing & Communications in country, geographic and global teams, leadership team and other functions.
• Ability to interact with and manage leaders, key stakeholders and external partners.
• Experience in project and campaign management and stakeholder coordination
• Proficient skills of Microsoft Word, Excel
• Advanced and excellent skills in PowerPoint
• Great storyteller
• Strong desire to understand strategic marketing and communications.
• With demonstrated understanding of the competitive marketplace.
• Project and budget management skills
• Demonstrated negotiation skills
• Ability to apply integrated marketing concepts, visual identity, brand strategy/positioning and message development skills.
