Job Description
Act as a key liaison with stakeholders for talent development service delivery and strategic opportunities. Support learning design and development, learning delivery, content management, collaboration or certification. Identify and recommend process improvement based on operational insights, industry and domain knowledge, and analytics. Gather business intelligence for decision-making and perform statistical inference of data through estimation techniques and hypothesis testing.

Computer/ MS Office skills
Report generation and coordinating with stake holders
People Management skills
Good exposure to using web tools
Familiarity with basic Google tools and ERPs.
