Packaged App Development Team Lead (GE Smallworld)

THE WORK:

Manages the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk, the team provides application management services to clients. Overall role is to manage the day-to-day operation of the team specifically to organize operations, addresses and resolves tickets via SHUB (Service Hub), quick fixes and daily monitoring to ensure our system is up and running which will ensure that Service delivery is within SLA in Incident Handling, providing regular reporting to client teams and responsible for managing team of analysts, and SMEs.
