Job Description

Act as a software detective, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Qualifications

  • A process expert and or lead in project control and project management support functions
  • Executes multiple or complex PMO functions
  • Works with the PMO lead Program Manager or project executive to support PMO mobilization activities and also drives continuous improvement of project management processes supported by the PMO
  • Performs project control and some project management support functions
  • Is able to interpret and analyse data that aid PMO leads and executives in monitoring and controlling project or service performance against the plan
  • Has strong team leadership skills and manages his team delivery of PMO services
  • As a team lead may contribute in PCS management and operations functions or initiatives in further developing PCS operations and capability
  • As a subject matter expert SME may contribute in PCS initiatives to continuously improve PCS operations and capability
