Will do Pre-Process, Voice/Accent/Culture training for new hires
At least 3 years overall experience; at least 2 years experience as a pre-process trainer (focus on grammar, voice & accent training) in a contact center
Good written and comms skills
Experience in working with online learning management systems and conducting training virtually via virtual training such as but not limited to MS Teams (advantage but not required)
Educational Background: College Graduate
Primary site is Gateway, Quezon City but must be willing to report to other Metro Manila sites as needed
Mandaluyong City, Quezon
