Job Description
The work:
The role will be part of the Data Strategy and Architecture (DS&A) practice in ATCP (Advanced Technology Center – Philippines) Data & AI group with responsibility on data architecture, sales enablement and solutioning on Data, Analytics and AI.
Lead data & analytics assessments and advisory for clients
- Facilitate data & analytics workshops and interviews with clients to gather information
- Understand as-is/current state of client’s data & analytics capabilities
- Define and describe the to-be/future state data & analytics capabilities
- Conduct fit-gap analysis
- Create implementation roadmap
Understand, design, and communicate data models
- Understand client requirements on data models
- Design and create data models i.e., conceptual data model to logical data model to physical data model
Design modern data platform in the Cloud
- Understand client requirements
- Drive solutioning with Solution Architects, Data Engineers, Data Scientists to build the best solution
- Design solutions on Data & Analytics and AI
- Lead estimation effort on proposed solution
- Build data & analytics capability by conducting trainings, creating prototype solutions
- Lead architecture thinking and design in client projects
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to understand the business process and build and review conceptual and logical models.
- Convert logical models to the solution and physical models and generate DDLs for implementation.
- Review the models in-depth to ensure compliance with data modeling standards
- Facilitate and resolve conflicts while merging cross-domain models
- Design analytical models that support complex data analytical reporting.
Qualifications
Here’s what you’ll need:
Enterprise-level Data Architecture
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as Data Architect or other related Architect roles (e.g., Enterprise Architect, Application Architect, Technology Architect)
- With at least one (1) year of data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical) experience on at least one data domain or industry
Data Modeling
- With at least one (1) year experience on one data modeling type i.e., 3NF (OLTP) data modeling, dimensional data modeling, data vault data modeling, graph data modeling, etc.
Data, Analytics & AI Solutioning
- One (1) year experience in translating client requirements into solutions using different approaches and technologies on Data, Analytics and AI
- At least one (1) year experience using Cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure to build Data & Analytics and AI solutions
- Proven ability to estimate the effort required to build the solution
Data, Analytics & AI Knowledge and Experience
- Have deep knowledge and at least one (1) year experience on at least one area or practice in Data & Analytics and AI e.g., data engineering, data management & governance, data science, AI&ML, etc.
Sales Enablement (Data, Analytics and AI)
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in consultative selling and sales enablement on solutions using Data, Analytics and AI on Cloud ecosystem such as products, vendors, market demands
- Practical knowledge or awareness of new technologies, platform, and software on Data & Analytics and AI
Good to Have/Experience:
- Have experience and ability to train other people on data architecture, data management and\or data governance
- Willing to work in Regular office hours with possibility of shift schedule
- Level of Experience from Senior level up to Managerial
