Job Description

  • Provide 24x7 on-call support and after-hours support rotation responsibilities.
  • Lead efforts on tuning, performance management and capacity planning for the infrastructure.
  • Create scripts to enhance monitoring of services and the infrastructure.
  • Provide subject matter expertise (SME) on the architecture, designs and implementations of new projects and deliverables.
  • Provide support with fault tolerance and high availability using Clustering/Load Balancing technologies like F5-Load Balancers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Tibco BusinessWorks.
  • Skilled on Tibco technologies:
    • Tibco Active Matrix and Service Grid
    • Tibco BW
    • Tibco BPM
    • Tibco Hawk
    • Tibco EMS
    • Tibco API Gateway
    • Unix scripting
    • CA Layer 7 experience is a plus
