Job Description

THE WORK:

  • Manages team’s agile delivery from a project end-to-end perspective to improve cost, quality, and speed.

  • Creates solutions to optimize agile team's processes to help in delivering value to the client.
  • Plans long term goals for the project which involves good relationship between clients and teams, opportunities, and partnership
  • Implement a continuous improvement approach to achieve expectations on delivery efficiency and effectiveness, and quality.
  • Act as a career people manager as well
  • Manage and monitors financials targets, OKR, key metrics, and contracts
  • Close coordination with Key agile members, stakeholders, and clients on directions and issues/risks.

Qualifications

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Extensive agile project management and coordination experience for at least 2 years with end-to-end completion of 1-2 projects
  • Attended and completed any Agile framework trainings
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A passion for cultivating high performing teams and delivering value

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Completed any APM training or equivalent
  • Any of the following certifications: Agile certifications from Scrum.Org, Scrum Alliance, and the like. SAFe Agilist or ICAgile Certified Professional
  • Basic knowledge on technical software engineering practices e.g. Azure infrastructure deployments, implementation of security controls and development of CI/CD processes to support application development.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®)
