Job Description

The Employee Engagement Field HR Senior Analyst is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase employee engagement within ATCP. He/she commonly works with managers, supervisors, and other employees to help them understand how they can improve their relationships with employees.
The role is tasked with creating programs that encourage employee engagement or increasing the overall retention of employees in ATCP. This might include duties like improving recognition/celebrations, culture, and new hire onboarding.
Qualifications
Must have:
• HR Generalist profile will do, but more strategic business partnering rather than transactional HR - 3 to 5 years
• Excellent Communications skills – especially for presentation/leadership meetings
• Comfortable in using Excel and PowerPoint
• 50% Program / Project / Event Management skills & 50% creativity skills
