Manage the scope of HR services delivered for the respective entity or business, inclusive of internal teams and external HR service providers.
Ensure alignment of delivery to strategic objectives of HR and business. Lead and manage any of the HR Shared Services Sourcing Team.
Understand recruiting demand and skills profiles within area of responsibility
Responsible medium-sized recruiting or large recruiting pipeline, meeting recruiting targets and providing regular status reports
Screen applications and select candidates at senior levels and conduct interview
Plan and implement recruiting events and sourcing activities
Ensure all paper work is received and completed according to policy
Responsible for contract management and post offer management
Act as an escalation point to business stakeholders for all recruiting related questions and concerns
Administer referral process of applicants
Provide external marketplace information to Recruiting Leadership
Update and utilize recruiting databases and toolsReview recruit files for completeness
Conduct and distribute reports on a regular basis and special reports on request identify issues and recommend actions
Participate in projects and or initiatives within or outside the team
Strong understanding of the company’s business objectives and organizational structure
Very good understanding of the company’s position in the marketplace
Strong understanding of recruiting profiles, processes and procedures, sourcing processes and organization and tools
Understanding of selling messages for each organization
Graduate of any College/Bachelor's Degree
Must have at least 8 years working experience in sourcing
Must have at least 3 years managerial experience
Strong Recruitment background
Reporting and Analytics experience
Highly effective in creating Sourcing strategies
Data analysis experience
