Job Description
Project Role : Security Engineer (Technology Security Associate Manager)
Project Role Description :
CyberArk Management is responsible for ensuring system access is maintained in accordance with company policy. The person will support CyberArk management control activities across all infrastructure systems. The team will ensure access to systems is provisioned with the concept of least privilege. The team will evaluate existing access to ensure access levels remain commensurate with job responsibilities. The team is responsible for evaluating access management systems to show continued improvements of provision processes and operations.
Description:
Responsible for the ongoing management and/or improvement of activities related to the Privileged Access Management systems particularly CyberArk, including installation, upgrade and patching of the CyberArk application to Azure Windows VM.
Responsible for protecting corporate network based information assets from intentional or accidental destruction or modification while minimizing the impact upon those who need legitimate access to computer and communications systems and data.
Management/Administration of Privileged Access Management tool
Management of day-to-day CyberArk management operations.
Maintains contact with vendors regarding security system updates, products, and maintenance agreements for Privileged Access Management tool
Reviews solutions of recommended products, applications and infrastructure to uphold Accenture's security measures as it relates to Identity and Access Management.
Investigates and advises on latest security related vulnerabilities to ensure infrastructure's security posture is strong.
Confirms that monitoring and response activities are completed for security violations and attacks through incidents response tracking.
Helps in the analysis and investigation of security incidents related to access
Works with Risk Management and Audit Organizations to identify document and resolve corporate risks.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
At least 6 years of experience in Identity and Access management particularly CyberArk PAM solution (self-hosted)
Able to support and/or implement and/or manage at least 3 of the following:
CyberArk, Azure Active Directory, Windows Active Directory, Powershell, Windows server
Has experience in installing and configuring CyberArk PAM solution (EPV, CPM, PSM, PVWA)
Has experience in patching and upgrading CyberArk PAM solution
Knowledge of Security Best Practices and Security standards such as ISMS, SOC and PCI
2 or more years experience in global infrastructure design and implementation
2 or more years experience working as part of a global service delivery organization
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security or equivalent work experience.
Working on or obtained any Security certification
Ability to establish rapport and effective working relationships with team members and business partners.
Ability to logically analyze and solve narrowly defined business problems.
Ability to listen and orally communicate ideas and information effectively.
Understand client requirements and processes/procedures used to deliver service following standard company practices.
Ensure process documentation is kept current and when process changes are necessary, the prescribed change control process is followed.
Create reports following standard company practices to capture process metrics to be used for process management and process improvement activities
Create baseline metrics for process performance and track/report on quantifiable process improvements.
Provide daily performance status through posted and/or shared communications regarding client requests, team performance metrics and company operating standards.
