Job Description
- Participate in all phases of the product development lifecycle – from product discovery and ideation to UI design and user testing.
- Lead client workshops, user or stakeholder interviews, and creative brainstorms.
- Work from high-level requirements and ask the right questions to gather all relevant information to guide design direction.
- Plan and execute research activities at whatever stage in the design process.
- Explore and design solutions that account for user feedback, complex business requirements, and technical trade-offs.
- Design products in close collaboration with product managers, business analysts, and engineering teams.
- Design library. Contribute to the definition and creation of flexible, accessible, coherent design systems and component libraries.
- Design reviews. Refine UI designs based on customer and stakeholder feedback
- Design handoffs. Support and guide engineering teams during design hand-offs .
- Design Audit. Expert evaluation of an interface based on heuristic criteria or guidelines for usability and accessibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in designing user interfaces of various platforms as a UX or Interaction designer
- Degree in Interaction Design, Information Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or related field of study (or work experience in lieu of degree)
- Must have a compelling portfolio with examples on multiple touchpoints that demonstrate your problem-solving skills and design process in experience design
- Willing to work in shifting schedules
