Job Description
- Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running.
- Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.
Qualifications
Must Have:
Have prior experience for 6 to 7 years in SAM domain
Have proper knowledge on ITAM workflow (Software)
Have previous experience in working with SAM tools.
Understanding the life cycle of a software license.
Good to have SAM Pro Service Now Module Knowledge .
Hands on experience on SAM tool- SNOW/Flexera/SamPro
Excellent communication skills.
Good excel skills.
Good to Have:
Have knowledge on compliance reporting.
Knowledge on discovery mechanism .
SAMPro tool implementation
Have worked on Oracle/SAP/IBM/Microsoft Licenses.
Should have prior experience on data center software licensing.. Compliance and Consumption reporting knowledge.
