Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identifies activities/initiatives which need to be implemented within TEMPO and Service Desk projects in compliance to the different standards and client requirements.
- Facilitates and drives compliance of the entire TEMPO and Service Desk projects team to all PDC initiatives (ISO20K, ISO27001, BCMS, etc) and Client Security Requirements by:
- Conducting awareness campaigns on different standards/initiatives
- Planning and implementing the different initiatives for compliance to different standards
- Coordinates and works with other compliance assessment team to implement internal audits/checkpoints to periodically check compliance to all initiatives and client security requirements and address any noncompliance prior to the internal and external audits
- Prepares for and participates in internal and external audits, tracks required actions and ensures its timely completion
- Acts as the SME for projects supported for any security compliance inquiries
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Information Security principles and knowledgeable on IT processes (e.g. Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Risk Management, Network and System Administration), experience with control assessments and coordination of audit activities
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication and writing skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Self-starter, quick-learner, and pro-active problem-solving skills. Effective organization, follow-up and time management skills
- Demonstrated strength in working in a high change environment
- Strong personal characteristics as demonstrated by the following: achievement-oriented, self-controlled, self-confident, flexible, approachable, and dedicated
