Job Description

  • Analyze, design, and build Siebel requirements using Siebel Tools or Web Tools for IP17 and up version
  • Perform unit and regression testing on software products
  • Document technical designs and resolution document
  • Collaborate with Siebel functional consultants, Siebel testers and Siebel SMEs to arrive at recommendations for requirement decisions
  • Ensure that all development tasks meet the schedule and cost variance targets
  • Participate in quality reviews and ensure that the application build satisfies the requirements
  • Complete all documentation such as Resolution Documents, Peer Review Checklist and Pointsheets for quality delivery
  • Coach and mentor other team members as needed
  • Create package for deployment of Siebel objects
  • ​Analyze and investigate defects and provide or propose resolution
  • Participate in weekly team meetings with team members to discuss status, metrics and perform causal analysis for outliers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent requirement with industry experience. 

  • At least 2-3 years experience in Oracle Siebel Development/Configuration 

  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment. 

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Desire to work in an information systems environment 

  • Excellent communication skills both in written and oral

Cebu, Mandaluyong City, Muntinlupa, Taguig
