The Customer Sales & Service functional team is aligned to the Capability Network division of Accenture and works with clients across their marketing, sales, and services departments. The team provides transformation services across three key offerings: Marketing Transformation, Connected Commerce and Next-Generation Customer Care. These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing and sales strategies and thereby optimizing their cost to serve, thus improving revenue per customer.

The team is comprised of individuals who have an in-depth understanding of marketing, sales and services functions and experience across various industries like Communications and High Tech, Banking, Insurance, Energy, Utilities and Retail.

We are looking for passionate and driven individuals who will help define sales and marketing strategies, design and implement Salesforce solutions and help optimize our client’s Salesforce program. Individuals must have good communication skills, knowledge in relevant technologies, innovative thinking, and commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing CRM strategy

  • Designing interventions to drive customer acquisition / customer engagement

  • Managing full spectrum of Sales/ Marketing program execution from strategy definition to technical delivery in Salesforce

  • Extensive experience and hands-on role in conducting requirement gathering and design workshops, preparing solution and functional blueprint, leading, and coordinating solution design and deployment across multi-dimensional team

  • Monitoring trends, analyzing data, to optimize sales & marketing programs

  • Identifying process improvement opportunities

  • Developing business case for CRM strategies, technology solutions

  • Developing / supporting development of CRM/Martech platform technology

Qualifications

Your experience counts!

  • JLPT Certified (N1/N2)

  • Experience in designing / managing CRM with hands-on/functional consultant experience in Salesforce Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud implementation with deep functional, industry and client facing experience

  • Should be certified in Salesforce

  • Experience with CRM, Marketing software, Channel integration, Real Time Decisioning is desirable.

  • Strong understanding of how digital channels work together to create a cohesive, personalized marketing program for the customer, not just knowledge of one channel

  • Experience managing CRM Programs for large, complex clients with proficiency in measurement and operations

  • Ability to drive the engagement with minimal supervisor involvement and should be able to work independently from onshore/offshore

  • Ability to establish and build on working relationships effectively

  • Hands-on experience of salesforce

  • Good Consulting experience is preferred

  • Experience in working with middle to senior management levels within existing organization / client organizations

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to drive results-oriented decisions. Data-driven mindset within proven utilization of information to drive decisions, calibrate and results.

  • Highly organized, proven ability to develop efficient processes that elevate team performance and drive results

  • Proven success in navigating global matrixed environments and / or experience in client facing roles

  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, virtual, global environment

  • Ability to work in a fast paced and unstructured environment
