Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:
 

  • Works closely with stakeholders across Business Operations to identify, analyze and automate predominantly manual processes to improve productivity
  • Design, develop and implement standardizes, automated analysis and reporting tools
  • Builds interactive dashboards based on data from multiple sources
  • Collect and organize data using scripting languages such as VBA and SQL
  • Runs, maintains, improves and fixes existing automation and pipelines

Qualifications

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
 

  • At least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree related to Software Engineering/Analytics/Business Intelligence/Statistical Analysis
  • Proficient in MS Excel (must have: pivot tables, formulas, data visualization, VBA), PowerBI (or similar), databases, and SQL
  • Proficient in English communication
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and teamwork skills
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and data management skills, with an agile mindset
  • Good to have: working knowledge of Python, APIs and/or automation tools
