Job Description
The Sr Talent Supply Demand Analyst is responsible for leading and supporting CXO Reporting & Analytics function. The main tasks will include providing and reviewing standard reports which contains CXO metrics and performing some ad-hoc reporting request. The Senior Analyst will also work closely with other functional teams within TSC to gather and understand data to be used in these reports. He/she will also be responsible in generating insights and analytics out of these reports.
The Sr Analyst should be able to execute job responsibilities independently and with the understanding of how output would affect and impact the CXO budgeting and recruitment processes.
Responsibilities
• Check and review all TSC CX Ops standard reports generated. Make sure all are delivered accurately and on time.
• Ensure high data quality through regular quality checks.
• Develop and create data layout like tables, charts and graphs.
• Support ad-hoc report request based on the functional team needs and manage expectations on the delivery time and data that can be provided.
• Partner with TSC team to ensure data alignment on the reports generated.
• Maintain and update regularly reporting inventory, schedules, and process documentation to support business continuity.
• Create and maintain dashboards needed by stakeholders.
• Support and manage a combination of regularly scheduled deliverables as well as ad hoc reporting requests
• Present continuous improvement in the maintenance or creation of reports including recommendations for improvement, cost savings and impact on business
Qualifications
Must Have:
• 3-4 years of experience in Reporting and Analytics
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Powerpoint and Outlook
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Good to Have:
• Prior experience with BI/Data Visualization Tool (i.e., Tableau, PowerBI, QlikSense, etc.)
• Basic MS Sharepoint creation and data management
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
• Strong planning, organizational skills, and flexibility to handle multiple tasks concurrently
