Job Description
Primarily responsible for the over-all data analytics and reports generation for Talent Strategy team and the management of the Inclusion and Diversity Communities. Role includes data extract and analysis, reports consolidation, design and delivery of key events for I&D and other talent management projects that support the over-all culture and talent agenda. Support and deliver development and application of guidelines, frameworks, toolkits and methodologies. Define, plan, mobilize and deliver a Change Journey plan. Possess strong knowledge market trends, best practices, legal developments and technology.
Qualifications
Must Have:
- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources Management
External:
- Experience and Background in HR processes, Organizational design, Talent management – at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Project Management
- Excellent Communications skills – rapport and people skills
- Advanced in using Excel, Data Analytics and Powerpoint
- Experience creating data visualization through Power BI
- Self-driven and has experience to work on deliverables independently
