Program, Project, and Service Management Consultant
Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage all aspects of moderate to high risk and complex projects from original concept through completion
- Defines project scope, develops schedules and budget, and identifies resource requirements, deliverables and timeframes for completion
- Acts as the single point of contact for its team and coordinates activities with internal/external groups
- Manages multiple concurrent projects and coordinates activities of several project teams
- Experience at working both independently and in a team –oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to write and verbally convey project plans and updates.
Qualifications
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Has a minimum of 5 years of project management experience
- With 3 or more years’ experience in the BPO Industry or a similar industry
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
- Excellent planning and time management skills; great attention to details
- Strong leadership skills
- Effective risk management skills
- Effective negotiation skills; good with conflict resolution
- Highly analytical; a good problem solver
- Willing to work on a multi-shift schedule
- Intermediate to advance knowledge in Microsoft Project, Excel and other Microsoft office applications
- Strong Problem Solving and Decision Making skills
