Corporate Mobility Specialist
Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Implement Mobility programs and provide global immigration and compliance solutions for internal clients.
• Provide high-quality Mobility consultation pertaining to visa and immigration.
• Draft and review all communications to be sent to key stakeholders.
• Partner with the Business to educate them and their assignees on the process, procedure, tools & company guidelines in a timely manner
• Provide support to Case Management teams to ensure services and initiatives meet schedule, budget, and quality commitments
• Prepare and submit performance data/reports to be used in managing operations, mitigating performance issues/risks and addressing other Mobility requirements of the Business. Provide ad hoc analysis and support, as required.
• Ensure that processes and procedures are compliant with internal/external quality, compliance policies and immigration laws/regulations.
• Drive continuous improvements to processes, tools, metrics, and training, based on ongoing experience, process metrics and feedback from process users and other stakeholders to drive further efficiencies in the organization
• Review status reports to identify issues; address risks and concerns directly with project stakeholders and/or assignees.
• Acts as the initial escalation contact for key stakeholders and business entities.
• Enable, supervise day-to-day tasks, provide back-up support, coach and mentor direct report/s.
• All other tasks particularly Mobility-related ones that the leadership may assign.
Qualifications
SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Minimum 5 years of work experience in the Mobility space (visa and immigration) with at least 3 years supervisory experience
2. Has good communication skills (oral and written)
3. Knowledge in Excel and PPT are desired
4. Open to undergraduates with experience
