Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Manager to join our Europe Song Business Operations team to help lead/orchestrate key programs and business operations with Song leaders and teams to drive effective and efficient operations across our Intelligence capability.

Key Areas of Focus include but are not limited to:

  • Assist the Europe Song Intelligence Capability Lead and Europe Song DOO to develop and transform the Europe Song Intelligence Capability in line with the Song Operating Model
  • Drive process and operational improvement actions across the Capability.  Activate and operationalize strategic initiatives and targeted outcomes aligned with Song priorities.
  • Help craft the overall vision & strategy for the Capability
  • Lead the execution of implementing location strategy and CtS measures
  • Help leverage and make available offerings and credentials, working with Song Market Leadership, and with Offering Development, Marketing and Research
  • Partner / collaborate with the various corporate functions that support Song Europe to provide consistent support across all the required dimensions as they relate to the Intelligence Capability
  • Support the Europe Song Market Intelligence Capability Lead (together with HR) to understand and optimize the talent strategy for the Capability
  • Assist with Investment and V&A planning and management in support of the Europe Song Intelligence Capability  

Lead Ad-hoc deep dives, reporting or program management of special projects as required 

Qualifications

Must Have:

At least 10+ years of experience:

  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders & confidence in working with Senior Leadership (Stakeholder Management)
  • Experience in providing business operations in a service group or client group or large client account portfolio preferred (Business Operations)
  • Experience in designing / implementing / managing operational change programs (Project Management)
  • Strong Analytical Skills, Organizational, and Communication Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, IE, Outlook)

  • Flexible and agile – thrives in ever-changing environment and embraces new opportunities
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills in English language
  • Excellent communication, organization time management and problem-solving skills 
  • Detail oriented and organized, but able to switch to strategic thinking as needed.
  • Ability to help influence and drive business change
  • Operating Design/Process Design/Governance Design a plus
  • Finance Background
  • Understanding of creative agency
  • Ability to act as individual contributor and connector to lots of teams
