Job Description
Supports the MU Technology Delivery Lead in managing the end-to-end delivery management process within the Market Unit. Provides operational insight and support to drive business growth.
Responsibilities Include:
- Oversees the End-to-End Delivery Management process for the Technology MU:
- Acts as expert contact point during contract set up, including advising Delivery Excellence on which contracts enter End-to-End Delivery Management and supporting those contracts to enable on MyWizard
- Oversees MU Delivery Excellence activities to build, develop and maintain the governance forums required for managing the portfolio – including tailoring process and forums as needed for local needs
- Drives follow up and contract-level actions as required
- Manages Delivery Portfolio management review governance activities, including preparation for upwards reviews:
- Builds, maintains and drives CG Delivery reviews
- Analyses key data and prepares insights for MU Tech reviews
- Manages and monitors MU implementation of the Delivery strategic initiatives and programs
- Operates and manages key portfolio operational, recognition, and growth activities, including:
- Structuring and driving portfolio participation in growth programs and campaigns such as Upsell and Lean SI
- Operating Delivery training activities, including program managing targeted training such as SI Masterclass and Deliver.Sell.Grow participation
- Managing and driving SI Start Up and AO Start Up programs locally
- Technology Services Lead appointments, goal alignment and management, and comms
- Delivery recognition programs, including Wizards and Success Stories
- Drives security and resilience programs across the client contract, such as:
- Managing contract portfolio security posture across Client Data Protection and Getting to Green
- Business resilience and continuity programs and compliance
- Program manages productivity and quality activities, including local implementation of global or Market programs:
- Contract Operating Plan contract selection, coaching, and performance improvement
- OPERA: ensuring Playbook awareness, technique take up, and monitoring committed and realized productivity savings
- SI Transformation
- Solution Contingency management and release
- Provides operational support as required to the MU Tech Delivery Leadership (MU TDL and CG TDLs) for the MU in which they are based
- Acts as primary operational interface for the MU Technology Delivery Lead, providing advice on management information interpretation and actions to improve metric performance
- Drives implementation and tracking of cost management initiatives as needed
- Consolidates and directs other ad-hoc operational tasks required by MU TDL as needed
- Provides ad-hoc management information and analysis as needed
- Coordinates with peers in other MUs to ensure alignment in Delivery business processes and best practices sharing
- Plays a full and collaborative role in the Tech Market and Tech MU Business Operations Team, and Market Delivery Operations group
- Takes on additional team operational responsibilities as needed (e.g., developing and running new delivery operations initiative, representing delivery interests in other operational forums, driving delivery reporting improvements, etc.
- Sustains Accenture’s culture and values, coaching and developing resources as required.
