POSITION TITLE: Network and Services Operation Specialist
WORK SETUP: Hybrid

Responsibilities:
• Support Demand Planning Processes
• Update and maintain Min/Max levels for all DCOps Spare parts
• Update demand requests in forecast automation google sheet
• Monitor demand for buffer stock based on material receipt status
• Supply Planning Processes
• Monitor material receipt status at HUBs
• Monitor POs past Supplier Promise dates
• Execute MORs for supply rebalancing
• Respond to buginzer, GUTS, and email requests within 24-hour SLA
• Monitor Life Cycle status and replacements for current supply
• Support ESC Spares Planning Projects
• Support BRD documentation
• Support sending out meeting follow-up notes
• Support slide deck creation for reviews and reporting
• Document updates and key milestones in project bugs
• Support ESC Spares Reporting:
• Update weekly risk analysis report
• Update WoW demand changes report
• Update New Data Center (NZT) hand-off and availability reports
• Maintain New Data Center single source of truth table for OFE and CFE GPNs
• Maintain New Data Center end-to-end demand and supply planning reports (demand, open
• POs, move orders, and current on-hand supply)
• Support Ad-hoc demand and supply monitoring requests

OTHERS:
Project Shift Schedule: Night Shift
Project Rest Day: Weekends Off
Project/Team Location: Taguig, Uptown Bonifacio Tower 2

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Open to both college graduates and undergraduate with relevant work experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management in an Engineering, IT, or Data Center field
  • Must have at least 5 years supervisory experience
