POSITION TITLE: Supply Chain Analyst | Procurement Operations
WORK SETUP: Hybrid
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• The role supports GPN creations, Spares planning team, and the Procurement Operations team that supports PIR set up and spares purchasing
• The coordinator will also provide end-to-end tactical support for New Zone Turnup, including spares level setup, PO and stocking reporting, and GPN creation:
• Coordination with General Contractors and Internal entities to build spares list by-zone for new builds
• Spares level set-up to establish expected inventory levels by hub, spoke, and pharmacy locations
• PO and stocking reporting by site
• GPN creation for Contractor Furnished Spares
• Support for Product Lifecycle projects (examples include SKI, SLAM and others) are also required:
• Replacement coordination with manufacturers for end-of-life parts
• Revision lineage in PLM software for replacements
• New case intake for end-of-life claims
• Support for Backbone R3 new product BOM (Bill-of-Materials) completion with manufacturers
• Weekly and bi-weekly calls with NPI team and manufacturers to assist in list creation
• New product list organization and gap identification
• New GPN creation for additions to products during post-NPI revisions

Qualifications
SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Open to college graduate and undergraduate with relevant work experience
• Must have at least 2 years relevant experience in Supply Chain, Procurement Operations, Inventory Management, Spares
• Experience in Shared Services or BPO industry is an advantage
• Planning and/or New Product Introduction
• Ability to analyze an enormous amount of complex data, and deliver meaningful conclusions that can be turned into actionable decisions
• Strong visualization experience – charts, bars, images, dynamic reports
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
