POSITION TITLE: HR Service Delivery Associate
WORK SETUP: Hybrid

OVERALL PURPOSE:
Ensure upstream Payroll data accuracy through data management and validation, enabling correct and timely pay.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible to manage and execute the low to medium critical/priority and simple termination transactions/activities.
• Responsible to gain capabilities through cross training in terms of the Payroll Admin (Transactional, Complex or Time & Attendance) processes and activities.

OTHERS:
Project Shift Schedule: Morning Shift
Project Rest Day: Weekends Off
Project/Team Location: Taguig Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3

Qualifications

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS: • At least 6 months to 2 years’ experience in payroll.
