POSITION TITLE: Candidate Source and Screen Senior Analyst
WORK SETUP: Hybrid

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure process compliance and alignment across all processes
• Oversee overall operations
• SME of Processes
• Responsible in ensuring completion, distribution of leads to the available resources
• Determine and ensure resolution of any processing and quality challenges and gaps
• Act as a liaison

OTHERS:
Project Shift Schedule: Morning Shift
Project Rest Day: Weekends Off
Project/Team Location: Quezon City, Gateway Tower 2

Qualifications

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS: • With at least 3-4 years relevant work experience in recruitment (sourcing/candidate management) • Open to undergraduates with relevant experience • Knowledge in Excel • Individual Contributor
